Exchange Policy — N&O LLC

Our formulas are consumable products. For your safety and everyone's, we cannot accept returns of any product once it has been opened. We do offer exchanges and replacements as described below.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, email info@naturalorganicllc.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost — you do not need to send the item back unless we ask.

Exchanges (unopened only)

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be exchanged for another N&O LLC product of equal value within 7 days of delivery.
Email us with your order number and what you'd like instead; we'll reply within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

What we cannot accept

Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or partially used.
Products more than 7 days past delivery.
Refunds for change of mind. Please review the ingredient panel and consult your healthcare provider before ordering.

Subscriptions

You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription anytime before it ships. Once an order has shipped, the policy above applies.
