N&O LLC  reserves the right to enforce the following policies and procedures;

1. Disable your account for bullying, aggressive or offensive interaction via email.
2. Prices are subject to changes without notice.
3. All items listed on N&OLLC are non-returnable and non-refundable, if you have an issue with a product, please email so that we can work out a solution.
4. N&O LLC does not offer medical advice. Our information is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and it should not be used by anyone who is pregnant or under the care of a medical practitioner. 
5. N&O LLC, to the best of our ability, only purchases 100% organic products.  If something in our products are not organic this will be disclosed.
